Dear All

For those of you coming to the Free China Thursday meeting in New
York, we have made the following changes due to the numbers of people
registering.

4-4:30pm DVD pick up/purchase at NTD Television: 229W 28th Street
(7Flr Lobby), New York, NY (between 7th and 8th avenues). Come to the
lobby next to the 7th floor boardroom.

Come to the West side entrance closer to 8th ave. (it’s the same
building but the entrance LEFT of the red building entrance). The
elevator here will go all the way up to the 7th floor, but with the
other entrance, the elevator only goes to the 6th floor.

4:30pm-5pm 7th floor boardroom at NTD (it only fits 40-50 people, and
we have double that in registrations)…so during this time, as people
arrive, come and first watch a short video, intro presentation that
lasts 5-10 minutes, and then head over to another building, chelsea
studios (details below), that is only a short 5 minute walk away.
It’s important you come to at least this part if you can’t make it to
the 5-7pm longer sharing and discussions at Chelsea Studios.

You can pick them up at this meeting. Please bring exact change. Please email kean.wong@ntdtv.com in advance so we can reserve enough DVDs for you as we have limited supplies on hand.

If you can’t come to the meeting for any reason, then email/call Kean and set up another time to pick up the DVDs at NTD. Thanks!
